團隊裡,存在集體智慧,也有集體弱智

這並非一體兩面,而是競爭下的催化產物,也是一種兩極化的現象

換言之,處在與時俱進且充斥競爭的環境,善用集體智慧將能搶佔優勢地位,即便先天(人力,資源等)不良

反之,成熟產業與公務體系容易導致集體弱智,囿福利放養制度,致人不思進取即可不勞而獲
