人之所以痛苦，是因為對慾(期)望下了錯誤的定義
所謂慾(期)望，簡言之就是心中所願
常看到媒體倡議：陪伴家人、追逐夢想、珍惜光陰、健康第一等
這些理念都對，卻忽略因果關係，違和的是失去上述結果衍生的遺憾

富有的人，常感嘆年輕時過於辛苦工作，錯失與家人相處的時光，所以提出「家人珍貴」等相關建議
聽起來好像對、文法無誤，然而，若年輕時朝九晚五、每天準時回家，毋須為工作與人生付出超額的努力
他，此刻還富有嗎!?   會不會感嘆自己年輕時不夠努力，致無法投入足夠的資源培育下一代，過上無虞的老年生活
是類爭議還有許多版本與異曲，族繁不及備載，輕信這種斷章取義的人著實可笑

因此，在眾多選擇決定的人生旅途上，謹慎為之、下好離手
倘若後悔，就是對自己的放縱與怠惰真切的告解
過去的你，成就現在的自己；此時的你，刻劃未來的願景
感嘆、抱怨、比較、羨慕、忌妒等，都是無謂的情緒
他人之所以令人稱羨，是在不為人知處使盡全力，應當學習、借鏡與效法
而時下多數人，不具備規劃與成就自己的能力與願景
